At Chocolatine, we believe that honest, truthful and fair treatment of customers is what should drive the company, therefore, we are doing our best to provide the best quality products and the best customer service while making a profit.
Payment is expected at the time of purchase!
We prefer PayPal but will also accept money orders or cashier’s checks. Items will not be shipped until payment has cleared. You do not need to open a PayPal account in order to use PayPal. You can click the option to pay with a credit card and by-pass setting up an account!
If an item is not paid for within three days without communication, the item will be re-listed and the transaction will be reversed.
California residents are subject to 8.25% sales tax. San Diego County residents are subject to 8.75% sales tax.
WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY. IF YOU RESIDE OUTSIDE THE US AND CANADA, PLEASE CONTACT US FOR SHIPPING RATES. (Please note: Any taxes, tariffs and/or customs charges for international orders are the responsibility of the customer). THANK YOU!
We generally ship via USPS first class and priority mail. Please contact us if you would like to use another form of shipping. Please note that by using a different method of shipment, the costs might increase and will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that shipping fees include USPS rates, packaging and handling.
Unless otherwise stated, all items listed in the store are ready to go and will ship within 48 hours from clearing of payment.
Orders paid any other way will be shipped after payment has cleared the bank.
All shipments will be sent to confirmed PayPal addresses unless otherwise requested in notes to seller.
Once we have shipped your item we can no longer take responsibility for whether it gets lost, stolen, or damaged. If you would like to purchase insurance please let us know in the “Message to Seller” box and we will send you an updated invoice. Please also mention if you would like to use a USPS tracking system (please note that depending on the shipping method, some extra fees may apply). Thank you.
Chocolatine takes great pride in its handmade products and our customers are usually very satisfied. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product you ordered, Chocolatine will be happy to offer a full refund on any new, unworn, unused, un-washed item within 7 days of cleared purchase payment (international customers can return unused, un-washed items within 14 days of date of cleared purchase payment) NO EXCEPTION. We will issue the refund when we receive the item back - simply contact Chocolatine and we will give you the return address. The refund will be for the cost of the item minus the shipping costs (NO EXCEPTION).
